What Causes Severe Pain In Joints Of Hips And Legs While On Alendronate?

Will i have any problems with prolia injection? i have osteoperosis plus I have post polio. I have taken Alendronate tablet 3 weeks ago and had a terrible reaction i.e. weakness in the legs, swelling of joints,and terrible pain in the hips and leg joints. Thankyou
