Copd patients most commonly associated with some joint , muscle and bone pains due obstructive air flow and decresed oxygen saturation.so donot get that much afraid . The pain may be due lack of physical activity and prolonged hospitalisation, can u please adress ur age because some joint pains may be age related such as arthritis. So please take the advice of orthopaedician, in mean while for sympomatic relief take painkiller u will feel better.physiotherapy and regular exercise will give better resultsto recover from soon.
