What Causes Severe Pain In Knee Post Knee Surgery?
What can go wrong with your Pineal nerve?? What are the symptoms ?? IDK why but ever since my knee surgery it went out of whack surgery was Oct 31st and all the doctors wanna blame it on this and that but never has this come up !! I sent my hair in for analysis this came up along w other stuff but it s getting worse and worse or do I have two seperate things goin on? Knee flutters 24/7 pain, have to keep moving to get everything to settle that works about 20% of the time ! Vertigo also and it gets worse the higher I go ! I live on the 2fl in an apt!! Have medical issues but never ever in my life have I experienced anything like this!! That 1st bucket tear meniscus surgery got botched too and had to get the whole thing done again w a new Surgeon but this knee stuff and almost feels and sounds like an earthquake goin on internally !! Please help me only have Hosp ins till I can try to get to SS tomorrow morning to get Part B , them get part C and D on Wed

Hello,
You have been suffering from severe knee pain post surgery. The causes of knee pain is osteoarthritis, septic arthritis, post surgical infective arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, trauma or reactive arthritis. Take pain medication like NSAIDs Ibuprofen, Aceclofenac daily twice for 10 days. Muscle relaxants like Chlorzoxazone to be used for 1 week. To avoid gastric irritation, tab. Pantop 40 mg once daily before food. Do physical therapy including knee muscles strengthening exercises.
If your arthritis is due to infection of joint as in septic arthritis and post surgical infective arthritis, the symptoms seen are severe pain to touch the joint, hot and red joint, swelling of the joint and fever. This needs antibiotic therapy. Only after clinical examination, we will come to know what's causing your knee pain. So thorough clinical examination and tests are necessary to arrive at accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
