What Causes Severe Pain In Left Foot And Heal After Persistent Walk?

Hello.I am a man,43 and I work and walk on concrete floors for 12 hour shifts.My left foot has been having severe pain in the heal and it feels like I m walk with a nail in it.It hurts all the time and has gotten worse in the past few weeks.Bone spurs are common in my family but I have no clue what it can be.

I have gone through your case history and being your physcian i do understand your health concerns...
Coming towards your case straightly i think you have deveoped abscess in your left heel that is giving you sharp pain while you walk. But it has to be confirmed by your attending doctor , so better get your consultation done and if it comes to be abscess then it has to be drained followed by antiobiotics and pain killers ...
Meanwhile avoid too much walk and wear soft shoes. you can use ACETAMINOPHIN to relieve pain ...
