I felt extreme pain like pins and needles poking my left hand (I am a lefty) while pushing the grocery cart touching the metal part of the handle then relieved touching the plastic part in the middle? Could I have an underlying heart condition? 27 y/o female g2 p2 with hypothyroidism 5 2 140lb 1 1/2 months pp. please advice!
Pins and needle sensation in left hand is likely to be due to nerve compression, nerve entrapment etc. I suggest you to consult your physician for clinical assessment and thus management.
Hope I have answered your queries. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr. Shailja Puri
