Hello and welcome to HCM, Pain in jaw to left ear can be due to ear infection or infection of the salivary gland. I suggest you to consult an ENT specialist for clinical assessment of the ear and oral cavity to determine most probably cause of pain in the region. Ear infection may cause pain in the ear which may radiate to surrounding jaw and ear. Pain in left arm and left leg appears to be unassociated with the pain in ear and jaw. Leg and arm pain may be due to musculoskeletal disorder. Is there any history of trauma or fall leading to this pain? I suggest you to consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment and to determine the probable cause of leg and arm pain. In the meanwhile, you may use pain killers and muscle relaxants for relief.
Thanks and take care Dr Shailja Puri
