What Causes Severe Pain In Left Side Of Back Radiating Towards Chest?

Hi, I am a 38 year old female, 5 2 , 129lbs. I ve not been feeling well lately. The other day I woke up with a bad pain in the upper left side of my back then that evening when going to bed had squeezing pain in my upper left chest that came in waves. Next morning I was still having some discomfort in my chest. Went to emerg as I was worried I might have had a heart attack. EKG came fine, and X-ray was ok too. Still having discomfort in my back and chest a few days later. Today checked my bp and it was 100/51. This is low for me. It is usually somewhere around 115 or 120 / 65 or 70. Any ideas what might be the problem?
