What Causes Severe Pain In Leg After A Moderate Sunburn?
What s causing my severe leg pain after a moderate sunburn? no blisters minor swelling but its been 4days now and still when i stand i get severe pain shooting down my leg like a torn muscle. the best way i can describe it is the muscle burn when working out,the pain when u pull or sprain a muscle and a burning sensation all at the same time, what causes this??? Im a 33 year old white male no medical problems healthy active and no medications
Hello, Let me tell you that symptoms described by you suggests that you have Heat cramps or Charley horse. Charley horse a sudden contraction of leg muscles. Luckily, sunburns is entirely preventable. Sun protection by clothing coverage and liberal amounts of a broad-spectrum sunscreen apply throughout the day is the best prevention. Take planty of water and electrolytes. Use non-steroidal anti inflammatory medication for pain management.
