What Causes Severe Pain In Legs And Sleeplessness In A Diabetic?

I am 56 yrs old lady. I am having diabetes for last 3-4 yrs. My blood test results are B s F--209 &PP--354. I am having pain in legs ,feelling sleepy all the times. I am taking Madicines :- BBf-, Gemer 2 & glimiprtide 1mg . Evening -- Ozomet PG1 . what is next cource please advise.

Dear friend, the problems are due to uncontrolled sugar and lack of nutritious diet ... i understand your problems ... but first you need to get your HbA1c, microalbuminuria and lipid profile done. right now your sugar levels are not under control. please take care of your nutrition you need to add more of green leafy vegetables to your diet. you need to practice yoga and pranayama regular exercise will definitely help you.. LIFE STYLE MODIFICATIONS ARE MUST WITH MEDICATIONS ... later after following all these advises recheck your sugar and HbA1c later after 2 months..
