What Causes Severe Pain In Liver Area And Nodes In Colon And Stomach With IBS?

I had gallbladder surgery and i have gotten worse. I had a lot of tests. Seems to point to the liver. Not sure where to go from this point. still a lot of pain in the liver area. the Doctors have found noles in my colon and stomach. Bowel movements are crazy I have had IBS for many years and I know whats going on now is not my normal. sorry i have no money to use I am unemployed and i just can see to do this
