What Causes Severe Pain In Lower Abdomen And Back?

I am having severe pain to the point it hurts to stand in my lower abdomen below my belly button and also in my back. It hurts when I urinate and there is a little blood in my urine. I am experiencing fatigue,dizziness,and naseua,and of course the unbearable pain. What is your suggestion to me and a brief diagnosis. I haven t been to my local er.

I understand your concern.
Experiencing pain in the abdomen and back with passing of blood in urine is suggestive of presence of renal calculi (kidney stones).
Kindly get an ultrasound abdomen done at the earliest to know the status of kidneys and ureters for the presence of stones.
You need to consult Urologist with the report for proper evaluation and management.
