What Causes Severe Pain In Lower Abdomen Radiating Down To Testicles?
have severe lower back pain radiates to lower abdomen to teseticles and penis down both legs to feet can barely carry my weight constant extrereme pain. mri report, left posterolateral disk herniation and associated radial tear at l4-5, midline posterior disk herniation and associated radial tear at l5-s1, severe neural encroachment at l4-5, effacement of the ventral epidural fat. this has been for 2 years nobody will see me please help.

The MRI report shows herniation of inter-vertebral disc at various levels and tears in inter-vertebral discs at various levels. Herniation and tears at various levels has caused compression of nerve roots and hence pain in area of distribution of nerve roots.
