What Causes Severe Pain In Lower Back Along With Weight Loss?

i am a 28 yr old male. i have lost forty lbs in four months. having pain in my back. the pain is located towards my sides about half way down my back. mostly on the right side. the weight i have lost is not just fat i have lost alot of muscle mass also.

Hello, welcome to HCM. So much weight loss you relly have to look into the cause and cure it. Considering no rise in temp, i am suspecting malignant tumors. If fever is there it can Tuberculosis. Kindly get one simple abdomino pelvic scan and complete blood sheck out to detect the cause. Kindly take an appointment with physician and show those reports. TAke care
