What Causes Severe Pain In Lower Back And Sides Of Abdominal Area?

Hi I have been having lots of lower back pain, also stabbing pains on both sides if my back in the kidney area, sometimes the pain moves to the sides, my doctor said the back pain is due to standing at work (I work in retail) today I have been having bad stomach pains like I need to go to the toilet, when I pass wind I can feel this thick discharge coming out of my vagina. No smell just thick and white. I am scared something is wrong internally, I am 41 yrs of age and I can also see these lines on my fingernails. I am worried !

I really appreciate your concern, pain could be due to muscular condition and it may not be due to any disease other symptoms could be nonspecific, if it is vaginal discharge then it needs to be ruled out with dysfunctional bleeding, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
