Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of severe pain in lower back, Well the symptoms you mention in query occur due to many factors like injury, arthritis, osteoporosis, fibromyalgia, stress , anxiety and sustained one posture for long time like working on computer. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to do stretching exercises of back and start physical therapy of back and lower region. Also take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain .
