General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. As the pain is on right side of abdomen possibility of appendicitis should be ruled out. An ultrasound examination will be helpful to rule out this. It can be a sub acute attack of appendicitis also. Possibilty of kidney stones also can be ruled out by doing ultrasound examination. In case of subacute appendicitis, antibiotic therapy will be helpful to clear it. A consultation with General surgeon is well appreciated.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
