Hello there. Read your query and noted the contents. Your symptoms are suggestive of severe sciatica. You need to image the lumbo sacral spine with an MRI and see what can be done next. As for now, you need to take care in making sure your movements are done slowly and with adequate support. Try to loose some weight. Lie down on a firm bed. Use a pillow as back support while sitting. Avoid prolonged standing. Dont travel on bumpy roads. Take an analgesic like diclofenac for pain relief. Do you have any reports done in the recent past that you would like to share? How old are you and do you have any other illnesses like diabetes or hypertension. male/female? Details will help us help you better. I will be happy to help. Wishing you health. Take care.
