What Causes Severe Pain In Lower Stomach And Back After Eating Food?

My husband is experiencing back and lower stomach paint, sharp pain. He has been feeling it ever since we ate breakfast at 7 am. He had 2 eggs and 1 strip of bacon. I ate the same thing with no ill effect. We have given him Pepto Bismol, but he has still thrown up once (dry heaves), and is still feeling the pain. He has a heating pad on his lower back that seems to help some. Despite 3 or 4 doses of Pepto every half hour, he feels that the pain is still getting worse. It is now 3:15 pm. Should we go to emergency? What could it be? Is there anything else I can do to make him more comfortable?

I really appreciate your concern, if the symptoms is sever then it could be due to acute abdomen condition and it may needs some investigations and better to take him to ET till then Tab Dicyclomine and Ondansetron can be tired, hope this information helps.
