What Causes Severe Pain In Rib Cage During Pregnancy?

Hi I m 31 weeks pregnant and I m suffering with severe rib pain that never goes away. Its on my left rib just under my breast and beside my left rib is numb and itchy until pressure is placed then it is very sore. I have tried paracetamol a hot water bottle a hot bath and frozen peas and it doesn t seem to help much is this all normal?

I really appreciate your concern, the pain could be due to some poor posture that might be causing muscular spasm try to maintain good posture local rubefacient can be tried but no need to take any medicine not even paracetamol hope this information helps.
