My 10 year old daughter has been complaining about her left side hurting from the bottom of her rib cage down to her pelvic bone . She can not lay on her left side and has problems laying on her back. I solftly toched her side and she yelled and her eyes watered . Could this be something i should worry about?

Nice to see you at Healthcare Magic. In my expert opinion it may have many reasons.
I need some Answers before that. Does she urinate normally? Does she vomit, or feeling nausea? She has fever?
It may be the pain of pancreas/Spleen/kidney. It may be due to Constipation. It may be pain of ovarian/fallopian tube infection. So a lot of reasons. To differentiate she needs a proper ultrasound of abdomen and some blood work. Go for ultrasound with full bladder. Once you get the report kindly consult me and I will be in the best position to diagnose and give treatment.
Hope it helps. Give a feedback and review at my profile. Click Helpful at the end of Question. See you soon
