Hello and welcome to HCM,
Pain at the lower side of the ribs while sneezing, coughing and walking is indicative of some disease process involving the pleura.
Pleura is the double layer covering which encloses the lungs.
Any disease process like infection, inflammation involving the pleura will cause sharp pain in the chest region.
I suggest you to consult an physician preferably a pulmonologist or chest specialist for clinical assessment, relevant investigations to find out the cause of the symptoms and thus management

Thanks and take care
