What Causes Severe Pain In Right Side Of Back And Hip Caused After Injury?
i have severe lower back pain on my right side & hip & right leg. I have had this for several years, however it has worsened after a bicycle accident. I had a fractured humerous. The emergency room nor the doctor have asked for any other x-rays. I had an mri w/results that they saw spasms but nothing that required surgery. in the meantime the pain is unbearable & I am unable to lay on my back and I am unable to sleep. The pain in my elbow and shoulders has gotten better. (accident was almost 2 years ago) but my back & hip & leg have worsened. I am unable to lift my right leg when getting in and out of the passenger side of a care. I have to physically lift it myself. I suffer sharp excruciating pains in my hip when sitting. It feels like a huge rubber band has slipped out of place. The pain travels down my right hip, leg, burning, & all the way to my calf. muscle. Sometimes there is numbness & I have been suffering migraines. I also have an area upper thoracic & to the left that causes me excruciating pain as well since the accident & I am unable to lay on my back for this reason as well. Lately I have had a few lightheaded woozy spells. The pain in my lower right side is the most extreme. I am taking 10mg hydrocodone/325 mg acetamenaphin 4xper day & tramadol/acetamenophin 4xper day as well without relief!!!
