General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The exacerbation of pain in relation with sneezing and regular breathing indicates possible issue with costochondral junction of ribs most likely, during the acts of raised intra-thoracic pressure, particular stretching forces are applied over the same and pause pain and discomfort. Though there is no history of trauma here, there are plenty of inflammatory reasons for such condition and has to be evaluated by an expert physician for proper work up and guidelines accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
