Cholestrol - 217, TSH - 10.54 5. I am suffering from chronic allergical bronchial asthma. ( sneezing, dry cough and asthma). Taking MONTAIR PLUS for asthma.
Your cholesterol is high and TSH is also high which means you have hypothyroidism or your thyroid is dysfunctional. Your symptoms of pain in shoulders, cramps and insomnia are due to hypothyroidism.
1) Take Tab. Eltroxin daily once. 2) It is to be taken on empty stomach. You should not eat anything for 45 min after taking the medication 3) Use it for 6 weeks and then repeat thyroid function tests.
Regarding chronic allergic bronchial asthma, Montair Plus is to be used. If you have the following symptoms you may need to use Budecort inhaler: 1) Severe cough 2) Difficulty in breathing 3) Unable to sleep because of cough

General & Family Physician, Dr. Priyanka's Response
Hi,
Severe pain in the shoulders along with cramps all over the body can be caused by a variety of factors. Given your symptoms and medical history, the pain in your shoulders may be related to a condition called polymyalgia rheumatic (PMR), which causes pain and stiffness in the shoulder muscles, neck, and hips. Additionally, factors such as high cholesterol and thyroid dysfunction can contribute to muscle pain and cramps.
Consult with your physician to understand your symptoms and get appropriate treatment. In the meantime, you can try gentle stretching exercises, taking over-the-counter pain relief medication such as ibuprofen or acetaminophen, and applying heat or ice to the affected areas to reduce pain and stiffness. It is also important to manage your asthma symptoms with appropriate medication and avoid potential triggers that may worsen your symptoms.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
