What Causes Severe Pain In Spine With History Of Having Lumbar Puncture?

Hey I had a lumber puncture done 7 years ago and they got a nerve which made my leg shoot out really fast and was painful for the next year but causing 6 months off work! It s always on off aching but now 7 years later it s really hurting again and I can t sit for longer than 40 mins without it playing up and any time I walk it s painful what could it be? :) thanks

Hello. Read your query and noted the contents.

Its possible that you have an injury to one of the nerves arising out of the spine. If the pain is very severe imaging the spine may give us a lead in diagnosing the problem.
