What Causes Severe Pain In Stomach With Gastric Problems?

I wake up and my stomach hurts like I m going to get sick to the point where i actually belch and I ve had an unusual about out gas and i haven t had any gas forming type foods stomach pain bad every day worse when i first wake up or a little while after i eat

I really appreciate your concern, chances of infection of Gastrointestinal tract is very likely in my opinion this can be managed with Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day, be patient while eating, no talking at the time of meal, avoid oily food, hope this information helps, take care.
