What Causes Severe Pain In Testicle And Thick Yellow Discharge During Urination?

For a month now I ve had from irritating to extremely painful bouts in my right testicle, my bladder and the head of my penis. I ve been treated for kidney stones (with pain medication) and epydidimitis. I haven t been able to ejaculate in weeks, as when I m about to have an orgasm, it all just stops and goes away. However for the past year it s came out thick, yellow, clumpy, and gel like.Today I was urinating and some of my clumpy gel like ejaculate came out. Why am I peeing the ejaculate out weeks later, and why am I always in so much pain? The ER docs keep saying it s kidney stones. My doc hadn t helped me with any of this either. Is it just Arizona health care that sucks?

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
From your problems what you have posted, it appears that you are having a recurrence of 'epididymo-orchitis'. It is an inflammation of the epididymis and/or testis due to infection from the urinary tract. Since you are having thick yellow discharge during urination, kindly get its culture and sensitivity done. Consult Urologist with report for appropriate management.
