What Causes Severe Pain In The URQ Of The Abdomen And Back?

severe pain upper right side of abdomen in back. can hardly breathe. sorry upper right side of abdomen including the upper right side of back prob around gall bladder. Has been going on/off for a week sometimes has me doubled over in floor. Dr has ordered ultra sound of area but not for another 2 weeks. Woke me up out of dead sleep.

polyps , infection ) - biliary system ( stone , stricture ) - peri ampullary
tumors - pancreas conditions in some cases - conditions affecting
hepatic flexure of colon - subhepatic appendicitis - conditions involving
right dome of diaphragm - right lower lobe lung issues ( pneumonia ,
consolidation , effusion ) - others - trauma - muscle sprain / strain -
fracture most lower ribs
