What Causes Severe Pain In The Abdomen Along With Diarrhea?

For the past couple days I ve been experiencing extreme stomach pains around the same time every day, 1 am. The pain is really bad and usually leads me to poop. My poop is normal colored but tends to come out super watery. After I poop the pain will usually go away but but has also started happening when I eat. Usually early morning or late night after I ve taken about 3-4 bites of my food the excruciating pain will come and lead me to poop again. By then I ve lost my appetite and don t finish my food. Is there anything that could be causing this? I just want to eat in peace lol without the fear of a horrible stomach ache. Thanks.
