General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Brief answer: Appendicitis is a concern.

Explanation: My opinion is that we should exclude appendicitis at first it may be acute or subacute in your condition especially, with you getting nauseous. Colitis is another explanation. I suggest my patients the following, do abdominal-pelvic ultrasonography do some labs like CBC and CRP which indicates ongoing infection.

Conclusion: I suggest you get checked by your general practitioner as soon as possible.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mahmmad Gamal
