I have severe abdominal pain started 9 days ago and has steadily got worse. I d. I doa poo every time I go to the looo suffer from I.B.S. and slow transit constipation. The pain I am suffering at the moment goes to my back. I have taken milk of magnesia and buscapan but neither help I do a poo often when going to the loo and as soon as I have been I feel the need to go again. I feel a bit sick and dizzy and go hot and sweaty every so often. I do take movicol every evening. I stick to a gluten free fodmap diet as far as is possible and get exercise every day. Have been under severe stress all this year.
