Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

If you have progressively increasing pain which even disturbs your sleep it needs to be investigated. It would have been better if you have mentioned other associated symptoms.

The symptoms of concern are whether there are associated bowel symptoms, loss of appetite, weight loss, tiredness, etc.

My advice is you should have thorough workup including blood investigations, physical examination, and a contrast enhanced CT.

You should consult a surgeon for workup.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Meera Rajeev
