What Causes Severe Pain In The Abdomen?

I have severe abdominal pain. the ER did a CT scan , which showed nothing, and said there was nothing emergent. All the while I am screaming in pain. They gave me NORCO (I am scared to take). It has been four days. I take Ibuprofren in the morning so I can make it to work. It gets worse in evening especially after I eat something.
