What Causes Severe Pain In The Abdomen?
My husband has a generalized intermittent abdominal pain that started early this morning. He has had bouts of yellowish diarrhea. No fever, no other symptoms. Pain is intermittent, started generalized and is now focused more at the midsection. He can t pinpoint the pain.

Is there any history of outside food intake??
Here infective gastroenteritis might be the possibility
You can be prescribed antibiotic course like ciprofloxacin plus metronidazole
Take probiotic as well.
Avoid excess spicy foods
Drink more water
Semisolid diet taken more
If fever present than USG abdomen scan and CBC done
Take care
