Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hello. I am 29 year old male. For the last few months I have been experiencing very bad pain in the arch of my left foot. The pain is strongest when I first rise from bed and after sitting for a period of time, either at work or in the car. After I begin to walk for a little bit the pain seems to subside, but it always returns. The pain makes walking difficult. What can this be from? I do not partake in any strenuous exercise regularly and have not undergone an injury of any kind. Thank you for your response. Brady
