oi, I have this severe pain in my right arm, which comes about every particular time of the year and very uncomfortable. it is painful to the extent that i can not move my arm. at night i can not sleep because of the pain. while in Germany last year, it was accompanied by a fever and i was hospitalised but all the doctos did to find out what was wrong was to no avail. now. the pain is back
