What Causes Severe Pain In The Arms While On Atorvastatin?
I am taking 20 mg of Atorvastatin once a day before bed. I am experiencing unexplained muscle aches in my arms and shoulder area. It sometimes affects my range of motion. Do I need to contact my doctor about this? I have Systemic Lupus. I was diagnosed 50 years ago and have not had any major symptoms in 48 years. This muscle pain feels a little bit like when I had active Lupus, although I think it was more in my joints at that time. This is muscle pain.
