What Causes Severe Pain In The Arms?
Hi I have been experiencing a deep throbbing pain in my arms after light workout( as in swimming for 10 mins, throwing a dog toy) the pain travels down my arm some times to my elbow and even to my wrist. The pain will last for about an hour to an hour and a half even after taking Tylenol I have tried taking time away to see if it will heal but it will come back. William Fletcher

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedician and get evaluated.
