General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It is normal after trauma, to feel pain and having difficulty using the injured part. Pain after a trauma can be related to the neuromuscular injury, or to a fracture.

To verify if there is any fracture on your fingers, you have to make an X-ray of the hand.

You should take the anti-inflammatory drug as Ibuprofen twice daily for some days to relieve pain. Also, try not to overuse the injured hand.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
