General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi,
The pain in back and lower abdomen along with blood spots after urinating suggest bladder problem (infection/stones). A colic can lead to nausea/ vomiting too. Bleeding from vagina needs to be excluded. In case urine examination can throw some light on cause.
Please contact your family physician for examination and investigations as per need followed by specific medication. Drink lot of fluids, do not massage or foment. A pain pill from over the counter can be taken after food for some relief till you can see your doctor.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale
