What Causes Severe Pain In The Big Toe?
I have severe pain to the point it has prevented me from walking & exexciting. It starts at the small toe & goes across to the big toe. It hurts really bad from where the toes contact to my foot and right across the bridge of my foot. Really severe pain. It was rapid onset.What is this?

You can have peripheral neuropathy or peripheral vascular disease as per history
If joint is involved than arthritis should be evaluated
Your local neurological examination should be done
Rule out diabetes and B12 deficiency as well
If needed colour doppler can be done for further work up
According to cause specific treatment given
