What Causes Severe Pain In The Body While Having Raynaud S Disease And Fibromyalgia?

I am experiencing severe vein pain... burning pain.. swollen veins... throughout my entire body... I do have large cell arteritis, fibromyalgia, polymyalgia, reynalds disease, among other ailments. Is there any kind of vien disease or disorder that could be causing such severe pain?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The symptoms seem to be due to flare in vasculitis and I suggest an urgent rheumatologist review for immuno-suppressive therapy as well as steroid pulse. A repeat CRP, RA factor and ANA analysis to monitor flare may be needed. If unremarkable ENA profile may also be needed. If this therapy fails newer treatment regimens like with rituximab may be helpful.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
