General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello, my name is Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi.
I think that your symptoms are related to sciatic pain.It is an irritation of the sciatic nerve. This nerve comes from either side of the lower spine and travels through the pelvis and buttocks.
Some advices that I can give to you are :
-Use pain relievers such as acetaminophen, aspirin, or NSAIDs such as ibuprofen Advil, ketoprofen, or naproxen
-Use muscle relaxants to ease muscle spasms.
-physical therapy. The proper exercises may actually help reduce sciatic pain.
Hope my answer was helpful, if you have any other questions I'll be glad to help, thanks!
