What Causes Severe Pain In The Calf, Hip And Thigh?
i have really bad pain around my femora area it radiates thru my buttock, down the back of my leg thigh, calf and achilles tendons nothing helps I have had several injections, epadurals in back sacroiliac joint and nothing has worked. I have had several MRI, on back and HIp. The MRI of hip says I have a mild tear in my Labrum can this cause the kind of pain I am having it is deathning. I can not walk I limp, cant laydown or sit down without the pain.

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persists better to consult an orthopaedician and plan for an MRI scan.
