What Causes Severe Pain In The Centre Of The Breast Bone?
Since last Saturday, I have had an ache dead center of my breastbone, then it went to my back and then to my neck. It s not pain, just an ache. I also have some lightheadedness and tenderness on the bottoms of my feet. Just wondering if this could be caused by my falling hard on my derriere about a month ago. I am in touch with my PCP regarding this.

You would definitely need to see a cardiologist. Please get a ECG done soon as the pattern of pain you have described warrants attention.
