What Causes Severe Pain In The Cervix During Pregnancy?

Hii...i am in the 29th week of pregnancy...i am feeling an unbearable pain in cervix.I am unable to move.can t even go from bed to bathroom.I have been prescribed drotin DS by my doctor.but it is for abdominal pain where as i am feeling the pain in cervix.help me out

Hello,

Unbearable abdominal during pregnancy can be spasmodic in nature. Drotin is effective in spasmodic pain.

In case the pain is relieved after taking drotin, then there is nothing to worry. In case the pain is not relieved even after taking drotin then you need to consult your gynecologist.
