What Causes Severe Pain In The Chest And Shoulders?
Hi I m a 53year old female. I have been having shape stabbing pains in my chest and runs around in to the top of my shoulders shortness of breath and swellon glands. I had a mastectomy 3 years ago. And this week had a gastroscopy. Also I have IBS. So always have problems with my gut. And heart burn all the time. And just to top it off menopause hot flushes night sweats.and mild head aches. So at the moment worried about the chest pain.

As you have sharp pain in chest and shoulder along with sweating, I will suggest you to consult with cardiologist. You may require ECG and chest X-ray. Do you have any other chronic illnesses like diabetes hypertension. Kindly follow up with detailed history. Now you can take tablet Diclofenac.
