What Causes Severe Pain In The Chest On The Left Side?
I bent over to reach for something on the floor this morning and got a severe sharp pain in my left chest right under my breast and now every time I bend over it very painful and when standing it almost feels like somebody punched me in the ribs. About a year ago I injured that same left shoulder and ended up with frozen shoulder, so movement in that arm has been pretty limited for some time. Is it possible I just tore a muscle or something that was weak?

I think it is an overstretched muscle or over usage. You can take Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen for pain relief. Wait for some days and keep yourself under observations. If you don't get better in 3 days go to the hospital.
