Hi,

Considering the history that you have had a cough for 10 days, in my opinion, this chest pain that you have when you a cough, or sneeze or breathe, might be related to pleurisy.

Pleurisy is an inflammation of the tissue lining the lungs and is generally accompanied by fluid accumulation in the pleural space, causing chest pain when breathing, coughing or taking a deep breath.

This is a complication of lung infections if they are not treated properly. I suggest you consult a doctor, have a physical examination of the chest and after that perform a chest X-ray or other examinations (CT-scan, aspiration of the pleural fluid) if needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
