What Causes Severe Pain In The Feet?
Top part of foot causes severe pain although no swelling and no bruise... internal stress fracture? Now becoming difficult to walk although suprisingly I can jump up and down and there is no pain. (work out at gym with weights and treadmill/elliptical daily)

it could be de to sprain.
as of now take simple analgesics like ibuprofen.
consult an orthopedic for further evaluation
